I went to the Form Practice for the 1st time today. What a beautiful setting, felt calm as soon as I walked in and Claire was so welcoming and friendly, i felt at ease straight away, the treatment i received was very good and very much needed, thank you so much Claire. It's a wonderful clinic in beautiful settings, with two amazing Osteopaths in Claire and Faustine. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone with any aches and pains to pay a visit here!

Faustine was so good with our newborn, she was kind and gentle and explained everything to us patiently. Our baby definitely seemed to enjoy and benefit from her treatments! Both Faustine and Claire's communication was excellent and the practice is very comfortable and calming. We have recommended The Form to many friends already!

My Mum and I have been going to Reformer one on one Pilates with Jon since the beginning of July and the difference in how we feel both Physically and mentally is amazing. Jon makes each class so different so we never get bored. Each class is tailored to our specific needs and we always feel so good after each session. Jon has such a wealth of knowledge of every joint and bone in the body so we are ensured of our complete safety at all times. My Mum is 81 and this has transformed her life. Mine too and I so look forward to every class. I never did when I went to the Gym in the past.

Beautiful setting and treatment rooms without the stress of going into Cambridge. Claire is calm, knowledgable and highly professional. This is not a standard clinic but a place to recover and find sanctuary.
